I hope that you all enjoyed the holiday season with your families. This week's quote reminds us that regardless of how many New Year resolutions we have written down; nothing will happen if we don't commit to action, if we don't commit to dominating the now. As you prepare to tackle this New Year, identify which habits and actions you are willing to fully commit to. It is the first month of the year, and as it is customary, you probably have written three or four goals down. I am challenging you to just focus on the actions that will help you with one of those goals. It is ok to start with a sniper focus on one to get the ball rolling. Getting one of those goals moving will impact your confidence and will help you come back and focus on the rest. Dominate your actions this week.
